Built in the late 19th century, the Brownstone 919 mansion was built for a wealthy wholesaler of shoes throughout Virginia. With close to 9,000 square feet this house was definitely built with the wealthy in mind.
The full historic renovation we embarked on has restored Brownstone 919 nearly to the way it was intended back in the late 1800′s. It now includes eight apartments, and two small office studios.
