About Enders Warehouse
Enders Warehouse is a four story, historic renovation located in the heart of Historic Shockoe Bottom in downtown Richmond, Virigina. These 11 apartments are located at 20 N 20th Street, on a quiet street behind the Edgar Allan Poe Museum (between Main and Franklin).
The 3rd floor of the building is where you will find the larger, two story, traditional “loft” style apartments. The 2nd floor contains the more efficient, one story units without sacraficing any of the historic character of the building. The neighborhood is a vibrant, with a great mix of retail, residential, and commercial space unlike anywhere else in Richmond.

Enders Warehouse has lots of exposed brick, beams & columns, and large windows with plenty of light. The entrance lobby is secured access with an elevator.
