The Paper Company

The Paper Company is a historic renovation in the heart of Old Manchester at the Mayo Bridge. Studios, lofts, one & two bedroom apartments are available.

Stella 360

Stella360 is Manchester’s newest and hippest building consisting of 33 studio, one and two bedroom loft apartments. Originally built in the first half of the 20th century, this former warehouse blends meticulous restoration with daring innovation.

Features include 14 ft ceilings, spiral staircases, polished concrete floors, hardwood floor mezzanines, extra large windows, fireplaces, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in every unit, secured gated parking lot, and rooftop decks complete with grills and fantastic views of city.

Warehouse 201

The building is located on the other side of the 14th St (Mayo Island) bridge, in a historic industrial area, and is a pioneering effort since it is the first apartment renovation in this active industrial area. These 14 apartments are large, open, Manhattan-style lofts, like no other space in downtown. The finishes are industrial quality, and we have washer dryers, dishwasher, and energy efficient a/c and heat. These apartments have minimal interior walls, large kitchens, and double baths. It is wide open space, so you can determine how you want to use it.

Enders Warehouse

Enders Warehouse is a four story, historic renovation located in the heart of Historic Shockoe Bottom in downtown Richmond, Virigina.

Enders Warehouse has lots of exposed brick, beams & columns, and large windows with plenty of light. The entrance lobby is secured access with an elevator. Off-street parking, water, sewer, and trash removal is included in the rent.

Eco Flats

eco - [i:kəu] — as part of a word concerned with living things in relation to their environment

HOW and WHY did we put Eco in Flats?

Here’s how:

• We started by recycling the four historic buildings that make up EcoFlats, built over 100 years ago. Instead of tearing them down, creating more waste, and using more materials, we reused them.
• We recycled 40% of the demo waste from these existing buildings.
• We completed the project with finishes and features that have minimal impact on the environment.

Brownstone 919

Brownstone 919 is located in the heart of Virginia Commonwealth University’s campus.

Located on W. Grace Street between Harrison Street and Shafer Street, Brownstone 919 is located within walking distance of the best the University has to offer. Right next to the campus Barnes and Nobles bookstore, one block from the state of the art Siegel Center you will have a hard time finding a better location.
